Ceremony Packages will be set up in the morning of your Wedding unless otherwise agreed in advance, Prices stated above are based upon your Venue's Ceremony Room being different to your Wedding Breakfast/Reception, if Wedding Ceremony is held within the same room as your wedding Breakfast/Evening Reception please refer to our change over Assist Below. All Items hired are to remain at the venue until collected by Northwest Letter Lights members of staff following your Weddings Evening Reception or the following Morning.
If you are wishing to have any of your ceremony Items to be used within your Wedding Breakfast/Evening Reception, this must be agreed with us in advance. There would be no extra charge to use items from your ceremony within your Wedding Breakfast/Evening Reception, however there would be an additional cost to cover waiting times and to cover our changeover assist* with your venue staff if items are to relocated where the venue staff are not able or allowed to move, as we do not allow hired items to be moved by any Guest or Client. Please contact us for further details.....
Set Up is included in all our prices. To secure your date we take a 20% booking fee with the remaining balance to be paid 14 days prior to your event . If your chosen Venue is over 10 miles from us we charge a small fee towards delivery and collection, however if your chosen Venue is within 10 miles, delivery and collection at our discretion is free of charge on all orders over £100.00.
Change Over Assist:
* Changeover assist is required where venues are unable to set up our Items, or would require a helping hand upon changeover or on items such as our Led Backdrop Curtain as once our Curtain has been placed by us it cannot be moved by any member of the venue staff, guest or client. Northwest Letter Lights accepts no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by the Backdrop Curtain being interfered with by any member of staff, guest or client
